Financial, Token, and Investment Restrictions
You may not use the Platform to create, promote, sell, distribute, or manage:
Unregistered securities;Investment contracts;Illegal token sales;Fraudulent investment schemes;Pyramid schemes;Ponzi schemes;Market manipulation;Misleading yield, staking, return, or profit claims;Unauthorized money transmission;Any financial product that violates applicable law.
You may not represent that JBM Block guarantees value, liquidity, profits, redemptions, returns, rewards, or legal compliance.
5. Gaming, Rewards, and Promotions Restrictions
You may not use the Platform to operate or promote unlawful:
Gambling;Wagering;Lotteries;Sweepstakes;Raffles;Prediction markets;Paid-entry contests;Prize promotions;Reward systems;Subscription-based redemption systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that games, rewards, points, campaigns, redemptions, prize systems, and promotions comply with applicable laws and official rules.
6. Content Restrictions
You may not upload, publish, create, distribute, or promote Content that:
Infringes intellectual property rights;Violates privacy or publicity rights;Is false, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory;Promotes hate, violence, harassment, or abuse;Exploits minors;Contains malware or harmful code;Impersonates another person or entity;Misrepresents affiliation with JBM Block or any third party;Violates applicable advertising, consumer protection, or platform rules.7. Security Restrictions
You may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform;Interfere with security controls;Bypass access limits, rate limits, fees, or authentication;Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission;Introduce malware, viruses, worms, or harmful code;Launch denial-of-service attacks;Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or scrapers without authorization;Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;Access another user’s account, wallet, data, or systems without permission.8. Abuse of Platform Features
You may not abuse points, rewards, wallet tools, smart contracts, marketplaces, APIs, referral systems, promotions, subscriptions, campaigns, or games.
Prohibited abuse includes:
Creating fake accounts;Using bots or automation;Farming points or rewards;Manipulating votes, entries, odds, results, rankings, or leaderboards;Circumventing redemption limits;Exploiting technical errors;Submitting false information;Reselling rewards where prohibited;Interfering with fair play or campaign integrity.9. Misrepresentation
You may not falsely state or imply that:
JBM Block sponsors, endorses, guarantees, or manages your project;Your token, NFT, reward, campaign, game, or marketplace is approved by JBM Block unless expressly agreed in writing;Users are guaranteed profits, rewards, prizes, returns, appreciation, liquidity, or redemption;Digital assets have guaranteed value;Blockchain participation is risk-free.10. Data and Privacy Restrictions
You may not use the Platform to unlawfully collect, process, sell, share, scrape, or misuse personal data.
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, data protection, marketing, and security laws when collecting or processing user data through your project, application, campaign, or integration.
11. Enforcement
The Company may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may take action in its sole discretion, including:
Suspending or terminating access;Removing Content;Blocking accounts, wallets, campaigns, or applications;Reversing points or rewards;Canceling redemptions;Restricting platform features;Notifying service providers;Reporting activity to authorities;Taking legal action.
The Company has no obligation to monitor all activity but reserves the right to do so.
