This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, service fees, subscription fees, implementation fees, hosting fees, usage-based charges, digital passes, reward access, smart contract deployments, and related payments are handled by JBM Block LLC. (“JBM Block,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy applies to JBM Block Studio, JBM Game Hub, subscriptions, passes, implementation services, platform services, campaign services, hosting, managed services, development services, and other paid products or services unless a signed written agreement, order form, or statement of work says otherwise.
1. General Policy
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing by JBM Block or required by applicable law.
Because many JBM Block services involve digital products, software access, technical work, smart contract deployment, configuration, hosting, payment processing, blockchain activity, third-party services, or immediate access to digital tools, refunds may be limited.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected or the agreement signed.
Unless otherwise stated:
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled;Cancellation stops future renewal charges;Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period;Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated;Partial-month refunds are not provided unless required by law or expressly approved by JBM Block.3. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Instant Redeem Passes
Digital passes, including daily, weekly, monthly, instant redeem, premium access, reward access, or similar passes, are generally non-refundable once purchased, activated, used, or made available.
A pass may not guarantee that a specific reward, prize, redemption, or benefit will be available.
Pass benefits may be subject to daily limits, eligibility, fraud checks, redemption rules, expiration rules, campaign rules, and reward availability.
4. Implementation Fees
Implementation fees, onboarding fees, setup fees, platform configuration fees, deployment fees, integration fees, migration fees, design fees, and launch fees are non-refundable once work has started.
This includes work related to:
Platform setup;Smart contract configuration;Admin dashboard setup;Wallet setup;Marketplace setup;Game module setup;Rewards or points configuration;Staging and production environments;QA and launch support;Custom development;Campaign configuration;Third-party integrations.5. Smart Contract and Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain-related transactions are generally irreversible.
JBM Block does not refund:
Gas fees;Network fees;Failed blockchain transactions caused by user error, network congestion, or third-party issues;Completed smart contract deployments;Minting fees;Token transfers;Marketplace transactions;Wallet transactions;Any blockchain activity outside JBM Block’s control.
Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before approval.
6. Usage-Based Fees and Infrastructure Charges
Usage-based fees, hosting fees, cloud infrastructure charges, database usage, storage, bandwidth, API usage, security inspection volume, backups, payment processing, wallet usage, and other third-party or infrastructure-related charges are non-refundable once incurred.
JBM Block may bill such charges as pass-through fees, managed usage fees, monthly reserves, overage fees, or other agreed billing structures.
7. Rewards, Points, and Redemptions
Points, rewards, coins, credits, badges, entries, game items, and promotional benefits generally have no cash value unless expressly stated in writing.
Refunds are not provided for:
Expired points;Locked points;Unredeemed points;Unavailable rewards;User failure to redeem before expiration;Disqualification due to fraud, abuse, or violation of rules;Changes in reward availability;Partner reward restrictions.8. Third-Party Fees
JBM Block is not responsible for fees charged by third parties, including payment processors, wallet providers, blockchain networks, marketplaces, cloud providers, game engines, identity providers, banks, card issuers, or other service providers.
Third-party fees may be non-refundable.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, JBM Block may suspend or terminate your account, subscription, platform access, reward access, smart contract access, campaign access, or related services while the dispute is reviewed.
JBM Block reserves the right to recover chargeback fees, unpaid amounts, administrative costs, and other losses caused by improper chargebacks or payment disputes.
10. Cancellation Process
To cancel a subscription or paid service, you must follow the cancellation process available through your account, payment provider, signed agreement, or by contacting JBM Block.

11. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Refund requests should include:
Account name;Account email;Company name, if applicable;Payment date;Payment amount;Service purchased;Reason for request;Any relevant transaction ID or invoice number.
JBM Block may approve or deny refund requests in its sole discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Service Agreements and Order Forms
If you have a signed agreement, order form, statement of work, enterprise contract, or custom service agreement with JBM Block, that document controls over this policy for the specific services covered by that agreement.
13. Changes to this Policy
JBM Block may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
