These Rewards & Promotions Terms govern your participation in any rewards, points, promotions, campaigns, contests, raffles, prize programs, loyalty programs, gamification systems, subscription passes, redemption programs, or similar activities made available by JBM Block LLC. (“JBM Block,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through JBM Block Studio, JBM Game Hub, partner platforms, websites, applications, dashboards, or related services.
These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Rewards & Promotions Terms and the Terms of Service, these Rewards & Promotions Terms will apply only to the specific reward, promotion, points, or redemption activity.
1. Eligibility
Rewards, promotions, points, contests, raffles, redemptions, and prizes may be subject to eligibility requirements, including age, location, account status, subscription status, identity verification, wallet connection, payment status, or compliance review.
Participation may be restricted where prohibited by law.
By participating, you represent that:
You meet all eligibility requirements;Your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction;You will comply with all applicable rules and laws;You will not use bots, scripts, fake accounts, fraud, manipulation, or unauthorized methods to earn points, rewards, prizes, or benefits.2. Points and Rewards
JBM Block may allow users to earn points, credits, coins, badges, rewards, digital items, entries, or similar benefits through platform activity, games, campaigns, promotions, subscriptions, referrals, purchases, wallet actions, partner activities, or other approved actions.
Unless expressly stated in writing:
Points are promotional only;Points have no cash value;Points are not legal tender;Points are not deposits, stored value, securities, commodities, or financial products;Points are not transferable unless expressly permitted;Points may not be sold, exchanged, brokered, or traded outside approved platform functionality;Points may be modified, suspended, revoked, expired, or canceled by JBM Block.3. Earning Points
The Company may determine, modify, or limit how points are earned. Earning rules may vary by platform, game, campaign, partner, subscription plan, region, user status, or promotional period.
The Company may apply daily, weekly, monthly, account-level, campaign-level, or technical limits on earning points.
Points may be delayed, withheld, adjusted, reversed, or canceled if the Company suspects fraud, abuse, error, manipulation, duplicate accounts, bot activity, unauthorized activity, chargebacks, refunds, or violation of these terms.
4. Subscription Passes and Redemption Access
Certain redemptions, instant rewards, premium rewards, higher redemption limits, or prize access may require an active subscription, pass, membership, or paid plan.
Subscription or pass options may include free, daily, weekly, monthly, instant redeem, premium, or other plans.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Users may continue earning points without an active paid pass;Redemption may be limited or unavailable without an active pass;Points earned without an active pass may be locked, limited, reduced, or subject to expiration;Each pass may include specific daily redemption limits;Redemption benefits may vary by plan and may change over time.5. Expiration
Points, credits, rewards, entries, badges, or other benefits may expire based on campaign rules, user activity, subscription status, promotional terms, fraud prevention rules, or platform policies.
The Company may display expiration notices, countdowns, or reminders, but the Company is not responsible for a user’s failure to redeem before expiration.
Expired points or rewards have no value and will not be restored unless the Company decides otherwise in its sole discretion.
6. Redemption
Rewards may include gift cards, digital items, discounts, entries, experiences, access to exclusive content, event participation, partner offers, merchandise, coupons, prizes, or other benefits.
All rewards are subject to availability and may be limited by quantity, region, eligibility, partner rules, shipping limitations, campaign dates, verification, and applicable law.
The Company may substitute a reward of equal or greater approximate value if a listed reward becomes unavailable, unless prohibited by law.
Redemption may require account verification, identity verification, wallet verification, tax documentation, shipping information, or other compliance checks.
7. No Guarantee of Value or Availability
The Company does not guarantee:
That any reward will remain available;That points will have a specific redemption value;That a user will win or receive any prize;That a reward, token, NFT, digital item, or benefit will have market value;That partner rewards or third-party offers will remain active;That any redemption will be available in every jurisdiction.8. Promotions, Contests, Raffles, and Prize Campaigns
Specific promotions, contests, raffles, sweepstakes, prediction games, prize campaigns, or sponsored activations may include additional official rules.
Those official rules may include:
Eligibility requirements;Start and end dates;Entry methods;Free entry method, if required;Prize descriptions;Odds or method of determining winners;Winner verification;Tax responsibility;Geographic restrictions;Sponsor information;Disqualification rules.
No purchase may be required where prohibited by law. Void where prohibited.
9. Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, duties, fees, or government charges associated with rewards, prizes, redemptions, digital assets, tokens, NFTs, gift cards, or other benefits you receive.
The Company may require tax forms, identity verification, or other documentation before issuing certain rewards or prizes.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification
The Company may suspend, restrict, disqualify, or terminate any user, account, wallet, reward, points balance, entry, redemption, or prize if the Company suspects:
Fraud;Bot activity;Multiple fake accounts;Abuse of referral systems;Exploitation of bugs;Unauthorized automation;Market manipulation;Chargebacks or payment fraud;Violation of law;Violation of platform rules;Conduct that harms the Company, partners, users, or the integrity of a campaign.
The Company may reverse points, cancel redemptions, revoke rewards, block wallets, or suspend accounts in its sole discretion.
11. Partner Rewards and Third-Party Offers
Some rewards, prizes, offers, gift cards, discounts, or experiences may be provided by third-party partners.
Third-party rewards may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, restrictions, fees, or limitations. The Company is not responsible for third-party reward availability, quality, delivery, cancellation, refusal, or performance.
12. Changes to Rewards Programs
The Company may modify, pause, limit, suspend, or terminate any rewards program, points system, pass, subscription benefit, campaign, promotion, redemption option, or prize structure at any time.
Where required by law, the Company will provide notice of material changes.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for lost points, expired points, unavailable rewards, canceled campaigns, technical failures, wallet errors, third-party failures, payment issues, delayed redemptions, incorrect user information, or unauthorized account activity.
